Our Service Plans

WorkScreen is all about flexibility - providing the service you need in the way that you want. We have 3 core service plans to make life simple - but we are always happy to talk.

  • Package 1 - Our standard,"on demand" service, for a number of tests over an agreed period. This usually suits Smaller & Mid Size organisations

  • Package 2 - The Comprehensive option, where a fully supported WorkScreen handset is available on site 24/7 to test your staff whenever you need. Favoured by larger companies.

  • Package 3 - Our flexible, Pay as You Go approach means a dedicated  WorkScreen handset is on hand 24/7, on a pay per test basis. Suits consultants and Occupational Health providers, as well as special situations

The WorkScreen Service

Whether you are an occupational health provider, H&S leader, general manager or worker, the WorkScreen industrial hearing screening service is simple: we provide the equipment, you provide the users. Put them together and we supply instant, individual hearing test reports over the internet to HSE guidelines. Quickly, easily and with the minimum of fuss.

Because WorkScreen is user operated, with minimal familiarisation or oversight, it really is that simple to use the WorkScreen service for your hearing tests at work. And because WorkScreen is so portable, with 24/7 availability, our hearing checks give you maximum control and flexibility over when and where tests are taken.

Of course, every situation is different - Contact Us to discuss yours.

On-Site Hearing Test Services

WorkScreen's brings hearing tests closer to the workplace than ever - reducing disruption and time off task for workers. Test hearing in any suitably quiet location with WorkScreen. A quiet, empty boardroom, office or even the back of a car can be effective environments for conducting hearing tests with WorkScreen. (Outdoor hearing tests are possible, but probably not recommended!)

The only requirements are that the user is not disturbed, the environment remains quiet and there is Wi-Fi coverage. If office wi-fi is not available, WorkScreen operates effectively through mobile phone hotspots.

Mobile Hearing Test Services

WorkScreen is highly portable and is suitable for all mobile audiometry requirements. Whether installed in a mobile clinic, or brought to site by car for ad-hoc tests, WorkScreen is self contained, and requires no installation or complex set up.

Because the WorkScreen calibrated earphones provide sound isolation, WorkScreen operates effectively in with and without a “sound-proof” audiometry booth – bringing HSE audiology to site easier, faster and cheaper.

Clinic Hearing Test Services

WorkScreen is the effective way to provide HSE-standard hearing test services from occupational health clinics (permanent or temporary) and can be used with or without test booths (the user simply takes the WorkScreen handset into the booth with them).

As a stand-alone system, WorkScreen is quick and easy to add to or integrate into your clinic without set up or even wires to connect. Hearing reports and referrals are instantaneous and provided by email, saving time and complexity in the clinic.

Industrial Hearing Test Reports

WorkScreen hearing test reports are presented on screen at the end of every test for immediate review and discussion.

A copy is also emailed for permanent record. Our reports follow HSE guidelines, giving workers a clear and concise statement of their HSE hearing category, with relevant advice and information, as recommended by the HSE.

WorkScreen reports fulfil hearing surveillance obligations and also support worker awareness and appreciation of their hearing ability, by including steps they need to take to preserve their hearing. A tailored information set can be added for customers who licence WorkScreen.

Hearing tests that are highlighted for referral trigger separate notification for follow up and individual review, either by WorkScreen audiology team or other suitably qualified individual.
